Q. Who governs the pricing for the screen repairs for Titanium Armor+?
A. There is a very transparent repair pricing structure which we can send to you upon request. It is based on the average prices through the Australian repair industry which keeps it fair and profitable for all repair stores.
Q. What if we only use OEM/Premium iPhone screens for our repairs, will we get reimbursed for the higher cost?
A. If you opt to use OEM/Premium screens you will get a higher pay-out figure to take into account the cost incurred. We have a feature in our backend which you can update the cost prices to OEM/Premium parts so that your payment will include these costs.
Please note we may from time to time ask for a copy of your supplier’s invoice as a proof that you are using OEM/Premium parts.
Q. This seems like a great offering……. What is the catch?

Q. What do we do when a customer comes in for a claim?.
A. Before carrying out the repair, you should login to your Warranty Life account and file the claim to ensure the customer is registered properly and approved for the claim, you can view the claims process in one of our training videos below.
Q. How does a customer register their guarantee?
A. The unique code and the instructions can be found inside the retail package. The instructions will require the customer to download the IOS or Android app; they will then need to register using the unique code that was supplied.
